The Elephant Protection Bill

The Elephant Protection Bill, which our team in Thailand helped draft, aims to end the cruel practice of captive breeding for commercial purposes.

Once enacted, a dedicated committee will be appointed to oversee the law’s implementation, ensuring the protection of captive elephants and promoting ethical tourism practices in Thailand.
